Construction Simplified served as Owner’s Representative for the 25,000 SF expansion of the Muskegon Museum of Art. The $13.5 million project added new galleries, classrooms, and art storage, all completed while the museum remained fully operational.
We supported MMA from early fundraising through post-COVID cost challenges, leading a strategic RFP and value engineering process to maintain scope and budget. In partnership with Annum Architects, Mathison & Mathison, and Erhardt Construction, the project was completed in 16 months and delivered a lasting cultural asset for the Muskegon community.
