Site Manager
At Construction Simplified, Site Managers carry real project management responsibility alongside field leadership. That's a deliberate design, one that creates a faster path to growth. You'll run the site and help run the project, building the skills and client relationships that actually lead somewhere.
Project Manager
Most Project Manager roles end at delivering the contract. At Construction Simplified, this one includes helping to win it. You'll master our budgeting process, shape pre-contract strategy alongside leadership, and present directly to prospective clients — building the commercial skills that turn great PMs into future partners and office leaders.
Director of Strategic Growth
Most growth roles are sales seats. At Construction Simplified, this one builds the entire growth engine — the strategy, the system, and the relationships that fuel a $150 million per-office model — with a genuine path to full partnership.
