Kent Country Club, Michigan’s oldest private club (founded 1896), launched $2 million renovation to honor 125 years of tradition while improve its clubhouse and member amenities.

Construction Simplified served as Owner’s Representative from visioning through completion. Our role encompassed design coordination, member and committee alignment, budget management, contractor selection, and daily on-site oversight—ensuring the historic character was carefully preserved while introducing seamless modern upgrades.

Delivered seamlessly without interrupting a full season of golf, dining, or events, the project exemplifies our commitment to navigating complex, member-driven environments with firm, steady leadership—ensuring every promise is kept. The refreshed Kent Country Club now stands as a renewed landmark of Michigan’s private club heritage.
