Montcalm Community College’s Carbonelli Villas is a three-story, 84-bed student housing community designed to strengthen campus life, support enrollment growth, and provide students with a safe, affordable living environment. As the college’s first on-campus housing development, the project represented a significant investment in student success and the future of the institution.

Construction Simplified served as Construction Manager for Montcalm Community College's first on-campus student housing community, working alongside college leadership and project partners to guide the project from planning through completion. Through proactive coordination, transparent communication, and disciplined project management, the team delivered a modern residential community that supports student success, strengthens campus life, and advances the college's long-term vision.
