Fluresh

Fluresh is one of West Michigan’s largest vertically integrated cannabis facilities, a 200,000+ SF adaptive reuse project that turned a vacant auto plant into a seed-to-sale operation. Construction Simplified led every phase, from city approvals to site redevelopment and full-scale cultivation and provisioning.

We delivered the first licensed provisioning center in Grand Rapids, while simultaneously building a multi-phase grow and processing facility with phased infrastructure, fertigation systems, secure access, and post-harvest operations. From raising roof heights to navigating industrial pretreatment requirements, we turned an ambitious concept into a high-functioning facility and a scalable model for cannabis operations.
