Cedar Springs City Hall

Cedar Springs City Hall is the transformation of a historic 1929 municipal building into a modern civic facility designed to serve the City of Cedar Springs community. As Construction Manager, Construction Simplified led the project through preconstruction, coordination, and construction execution, while preserving the building’s historic character with the functionality and infrastructure required for modern municipal operations.

The project included new office spaces, council chambers, public gathering areas, and Department of Public Works facilities, all carefully integrated within the existing structure. Working through the complexities of adaptive reuse, our team coordinated updated building systems, custom architectural finishes, and high-visibility public spaces while maintaining the identity of the original building.
