Dematic – Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte

Dematic, an international supply chain and material handling firm, hired Construction Simplified to ensure the planning and delivery of multiple office renovations across the United States in 2018.  Due to corporate office restructuring and asset reallocation, we were tasked to coordinate with all stakeholders internally at Dematic, as well as all outside consultants and relationships, including the landlords, architects, engineers, and local vendors.

The initial wave of projects included over 40,000 SF of projects in three different states.  All projects were interior office renovations and we led the design through client approvals, rolling into contractor solicitation, review, and project execution.  The CS team regularly travelled to all locations weekly to ensure the projects were meeting all requirements for quality, schedule, and budget.

With our proven capabilities, all projects were completed on time and final coordination with IT, furniture vendors, and relocations of the existing Dematic teams occurred seamlessly, with no unplanned downtime to their daily operations.
