Our model projects are those that we get to be a part of from the early moments of conception all the way through project completion and warranty service. This is where we bring the most value as when we plan and lead correct from the start, the foundation gets set for the project’s success.
Our team members get engaged at the first thought of a project and work with our clients to understand their goals, experience, and those direct project parameters; scope, schedule, and budget. We will then organize the plan, efforts, and responsibilities starting with Development & Pre-design activities and then moving into the various design document stages (Schematic, Design Development, & Construction Documentation). Once design is complete, our team leads the project and the selected General Contractor / Construction Manager through all construction bidding & contracting, construction execution, and the project closeout phase.
We have the experience, know how, and understanding of the “rules of the game” when talking about design & construction. We also have the confidence and experience to execute upon those rules to bring our clients tremendous value.
Hourly Consulting - Industry Guidance
As a common starting point in a new client relationship, we work with your team on an hourly consulting basis to get involved in the early discussions of any project. This allows you to know you are on the right track before extensive valuable time and money have been invested. Services typically involve our expert knowledge and opinion when evaluating site & project assessments, real-estate analysis and procurement, pre-project exploration, design and construction procurement including contracting methodologies, scheduling of a project timeline, project budget studies and ROI analysis.
Single Project Full Service Owner's Rep
CS brings the most value when leading a team as early as project inception because we are able to help craft the project goals, execute to the plan, and deliver upon those promises. We provide the greatest ROI when our simplified process has greater impact in the timeline of the project. By executing a lump sum service agreement with CS, we implement each phase of a project with ease and professionalism, typical projects have the following phases: Pre-design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Bidding, Construction Oversight, Project Closeout and Warranty Period Assistance.
Retainer Style
To better suit a client with multiple needs of our services spread across multiple projects, a valuable arrangement is implementing an owner’s rep retainer to ensure we have committed time and energy to help you through the multiple challenges and obligations when they need. This typically applies when a client has multiple projects at different phases but wants to maintain and benefit from the developed team mindset and efficiencies learned within. Not all projects travel the same path and therefore by creating consistency with a CS team member, we can ensure your investment exceeds the expected performance.
