William Sloan
Bill is a seasoned construction professional, with a background in the industry. His exposure to the industry started by working with his father during nights and weekends, where he developed a strong foundation. After serving in the 82nd Airborne Division as an airborne infantryman, Bill returned to the construction sector, specializing in Division 9 for 13 years.
His passion lies in bringing clients’ dreams to life, taking ideas from paper to reality. He thrives on being the first one on-site in the morning, allowing him the opportunity to get a jumpstart on the day and any potential challenges. Bill holds essential certifications, including CPR/AED, ODHA 10 and 30, and completed the field leadership program with ABC Western Michigan.
Beyond his professional achievements, Bill enjoys quality time with his fiancée Jessica, four daughters, and their French Bulldog, Vega. They share a love for Northern Michigan and enjoy outdoor adventures. Bill is also an automotive enthusiast, with a particular passion for motorcycles, hot rods, snowmobiles, and restoring his ’79 Z28 Camaro.
Outside of work and family, Bill actively contributes to the community, supporting Engedi church in Holland and participating in local non-profits like 20 Liters, which provides clean water to remote parts of Rwanda. Bill is not just a construction professional but also a committed community member.
