Steve is a hardworking, risk-taking leader who loves to solve problems with logic and great design. This passion propelled him into Construction Management where he earned his degree from Michigan State University.  Realizing the long-term benefits of construction knowledge coupled with real estate investment, his determined path was guided through multiple career angles to further his experience and accomplishments in development. 

As a partner at Construction Simplified, he is an invaluable team member on your typical construction projects thru any and all development structures including land acquisition, conceptual design and proformas, and full project development execution. Steve and his wife Christina, are happily raising their family as residents of Holland. With a love of being on the water, whether boating or enjoying the sun and sand, West Michigan will always be home.
