Becoming well established within many different industries at a young age, Lyza brings a diverse set of business experience to Construction Simplified. As the first female brought on board, she also brings a whole new light of creativity and spunk to the CS team. Though only a recent grad from Central Michigan University, it is already evident that her professional passion lies in highlighting an organization’s brightest attributes, pursuing continuous overall brand improvement, and providing an unparalleled customer service experience.

As the Partner Support Lead at Construction Simplified, Lyza leads all that is encompassed with the soft side of our business. From marketing to office managing and everything in-between, she is there to ensure our team is operating at a highly efficient level. Most importantly, Lyza ensures that Construction Simplified is always represented to its highest integrity.

Lyza resides in northwest Grand Rapids with her fiancé, Matt, in their first home together. She fills her free time with staying active, getting outdoors to hike or hunt, reading every book she possibly can, playing instruments, and spending time with friends and family.
