A Grand Rapids native, Javi brings experience from the trade industry to the team. As a young adult, he honed his skills in his family’s tile business, working alongside his father. It was during a project site visit where he was installing tile that Javi was first introduced to Construction Simplified. His open-mindedness and unwavering hunger for personal and professional growth align seamlessly with our CS team’s values.
Javi’s commitment to precision and his innate leadership abilities present exciting opportunities for further development in his growing career. He eagerly anticipates enhancing these skills as he continues to progress within our organization.
Outside of work, Javi cherishes quality time spent with his wife, Adrianna, and their two children. Their shared love for camping, beach outings, leisurely strolls, and family gatherings creates cherished moments. Additionally, Javi contributes to his community by coaching basketball and indulges his passion for the sport during games with his peers.
